|Data Quality Analyst|

|The Master Data Quality Analyst is the hub of data management in Canada, and is solely responsible for managing the quality and integrity of data within Stryker Canadaâ€™s ERP system. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will act as an advocate for Canada on global data changes that impact Canadian business operations. This position will work closely with the Master Data Standards Manager and team based in Europe to maintain master data standards in Canada by ensuring well-documented controls on data quality and integrity in Oracle. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining master data standards and performing regular maintenance and analysis of vendor, customer and inventory item master|
This role is critical to the success of the company, and ensures that the business runs smoothly on a day to day basis. The accuracy of master data has a direct and profound impact on the reliability and precision of financial information, and Strykerâ€™s ability to make critical business decisions. You will get to learn our products, understand what Stryker sells, and have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and ad hoc assignments. You will also be involved in: validating data integrity, coordinating data cleansing, maintaining controls, adding and altering items and managing reconciliations.
This role is based in a fast paced environment, so the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your own schedule will be critical to success. Strong Excel and large ERP (Oracle, SAP) experience and the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data, identify risks and opportunities and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing) are needed for this person to excel. Knowledge of standard costing in a distribution or warehousing environment are critical requirements for success. Our ideal candidate will have a University degree, 3-5 years of master data management experience in a high volume inventory/distribution environment, and must have excellent analytical skills.
