Coordinates with the COTR and other team members and ensures problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction. Makes recommendations, if needed, on test and evaluation strategies for major systems installations. Responsible for maintaining integrity of systems-of-systems by defining requirements consistent with Sponsor's enterprise architecture and interfaces. May perform network modeling, analysis, and planning. Analyses, designs, tests, and evaluates systems such as local area networks (LANS), wide area networks (WANS), the Internet, intranets, and other data communications systems. May provide coordination in the analysis, acquisition and installation of hardware and software. May assist with management of efforts involving facility additions, moves or changes including analysis, telecommunications planning, cabling, IT requirements, etc. May perform site surveys.
